Our Services
Boundary Marking Surveys
Need property boundaries marked on the ground? Whether you're building a fence, a driveway, or a dam, having clearly marked boundaries provides legal clarity and prevents potential disputes.
Contour & Detail Surveys
A great design is one that makes the most of the constraints and opportunities presented by the site. This type of survey plan shows contours, levels, buildings, trees, services, and any other relevant features.
Identification Surveys
Thinking of buying a property? Avoid unexpected surprises with a plan and report by a registered surveyor that clearly shows the extents of the land, and identifies any affecting interests registered on the title.
Land Tenure and Titling
We specialise in the following:
Torrens Subdivisions
Strata Subdivisions
Consolidations
Redefinitions
Lease Surveys
Easements
An easement is a right annexed to land, that allows someone other than the owner to use the land in a specific way, or prohibits the owner from using the land in a specific way. Examples include Easement to Drain Water, Easement for Services, Right of Access.
Construction Set-out
A set-out survey is the link between design and reality. Whether it's a new shed, a house extension, a highway or high-rise building, we provide accurate and precise marking on site to ensure it all comes together as designed.
As-Constructed Surveys
Also called 'as-built' or 'works as executed surveys', councils often require survey documentation of exact position and levels of completed assets prior to final sign-off.
Other Surveys
Stockpile volume surveys, flood level surveys, vegetation mapping, photogrammetry or lidar aerial surveys, or presentation of other types of spatial data.

About me:
I was born in 1984 in Armidale on the NSW Tablelands, but have spent most of my life in the Northern Rivers region. I found my passion for surveying at age 21 — a career that combines working outdoors with mathematics and science.
As a younger surveyor, I spent several years in Brisbane and Melbourne, developing skills in engineering and construction surveying on high-rise buildings and other high-accuracy commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
As I gained experience, I realised that being a surveyor is not only about taking accurate and precise measurements; it's also about understanding history and the current legal framework in which development takes place, and working cohesively with landowners, state and local authorities, and other professionals, so that development can be efficient, and economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable. All of this leads to vibrant and liveable rural and urban communities, and fosters good stewardship of our most precious resource, land.
Nowadays, my mission is to help my clients navigate the complex land development processes from start to finish. In this industry, where there are often high costs and tight timeframes, there's little room to learn by making mistakes. So, whether it's a new fence, a subdivision of land, a renovation, or multi-storey units, I bring an experienced hand to get it right the first time — helping turn ideas into reality.
